الطريقة الأولى: الحذف من داخل التطبيق

افتح التطبيق وادخل إلى تعديل الملف الشخصي من القائمة.

اضغط «حذف الحساب» — سيصلك رمز تحقق (OTP) على رقم هاتفك المسجل.

أدخل الرمز وأكّد الحذف — يُحذف حسابك فورًا وتُعالج بياناتك وفق الجدول أدناه خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكتروني
لمستخدمي تطبيق رُكّاب للركاب، أو لأي مستخدم لا يستطيع الوصول إلى التطبيق

أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى admin@arttech.ps بعنوان: «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر فيه رقم الهاتف المسجل واسم الحساب والتطبيق (رُكّاب أو الكابتن).

سيتواصل معك فريق رُكّاب للتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب عبر رمز يُرسل إلى رقمك المسجل.

بعد التحقق، يُحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، وستصلك رسالة تأكيد بإتمام الحذف.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به؟

حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه — لن تتمكن من استرجاع رحلاتك أو عناوينك المحفوظة بعد إتمامه.
Delete Your Account — Rocab & Rocab Captain
This page lets users of the Rocab (rider) and Rocab Captain (driver) apps, developed by ArtTech, delete their account and associated data.
Method 1 — In the app (Rocab Captain)
- Open the app and go to Edit Profile from the menu.
- Tap "Delete Account" — a verification code (OTP) is sent to your registered phone number.
- Enter the code and confirm — your account is deleted immediately, and your data is processed per the table below within 30 days.
Method 2 — By email (Rocab rider app, or if you cannot access the app)
- Email admin@arttech.ps with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including the registered phone number, your account name, and which app (Rocab or Rocab Captain).
- Our team verifies account ownership via a code sent to your registered number.
- Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days, with a confirmation sent to you.
What is deleted and what is kept

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
